Post-operative Physiotherapy

Proper rehabilitation is critical to restoring and improving function post-operatively. Research indicates that post op physiotherapy significantly reduces post-op complications and improves surgical outcomes.  We work closely with the Carleton Sports Medicine Clinic to facilitate effective and efficient client management strategies; helping each client to achieve their personal health, fitness and performance goals after surgery.

The Carleton Sport Medicine team is constantly evaluating and updating post-surgical time lines and protocols based on a research/best practice model for patients.
