Our Story

Today, after more than 40 years of dedication and commitment to patient care, education, and clinical research, we are pleased with the success of the clinic expansion on campus at Carleton University in the Ice House/Hockey Arena. Dr. Don Johnson was the Director and founder of the Sport Medicine Clinic at Carleton University from 1972 to 2013. He was assistant professor of Orthopaedic surgery at the University of Ottawa and a true pioneer in his field. During his career in sport medicine he had served as:
