Paul is a Registered Psychotherapist who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Master of Science at Ottawa University in Human Kinetics as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education with a minor in
Psychology at Carleton University.
Paul is dedicated to help individuals reach their absolute best and improve mental well-being. He aims to help clients reach and realize their maximum potentials whether on or off their field of play. By working with individuals in a collaborative manner by listening to the needs, goals and stories, Paul has had the opportunity to help to support Olympians, refugee claimants, professionals, varsity athletes and parents.
With knowledge in sports psychology and personal experience being a former semi-professional athlete, Paul has been a strong advocate for mental performance and how it correlates to athletic outcome. By blending therapeutic approaches, dependant on the client’s needs, Paul aims to address issues with and not limited to life transitions, trauma, cultural issues, injury recovery, identification of self, anxiety, depression and stress.
Ultimately, Paul aims to convey a safe environment where change can be fostered, and individuals can grow in a healthy manner.
Paul is a member of The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO, ID: 13425).

In-person sessions held Friday whereas virtual sessions are available Tuesday to Thursday.

50-minute Psychotherapy session – $180.00
Psychotherapy services are reimbursable by most insurance plans. Students have some coverage through university insurance plans. Receipts will be provided to submit for reimbursement. Psychological services are tax deductible.
