Natasza is a bilingual (French/English) Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and holds a Master of Education in Counselling from the University of New Brunswick as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Sciences in Health Sciences from Boston University.

She has experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, low self-esteem, self-criticism, and interpersonal relationship issues. As a coach and former elite athlete who played ice hockey for Team Canada, NCAA Division 1, and professionally both overseas and in North America, she is passionate about supporting athletes with performance, mental health, and transitioning out of sport.

Natasza prioritizes creating a collaborative and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences openly and authentically. Grounded in empathy and respect, she strives to tailor each session to the unique needs and preferences of the client. Natasza’s approach integrates evidence-based strategies, focusing on building upon the client’s strengths and cultivating the necessary skills and strategies to empower clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Natasza is a member of The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO, ID: 15350) and a Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA member ID: 11252142).
