About Registered Dietitians
Did you know?
Registered Dietitians are the only regulated health professionals with clinical nutrition training. We provide excellent standard of care, that is evidence based, and follows the most up-to- date research and health guidelines. We work with a client-centred focus and can play an important role in providing individualized, comprehensive, and preventative health care for you and your family. Many insurance providers cover our services.
Living with Type 1 Diabetes, I understand first-hand the challenges of living with a nutrition-related condition. I channel my commitment to health, my love of food, and my passion for competitive fitness into my own daily life as well as my professional practice.
I treat men, women, and children of all ages as well as teams and families. I am committed to evidence-based practice, and use a non-dieting, food first approach, that focuses on balance and long term success.
My ventures into high intensity fitness pursuits including boxing and crossfit training, heighten my interest in how food fuels the body for optimal health and performance. As a nutrition expert, crossfit coach, personal trainer, and mom, I can help devise the best diet and exercise strategies to help you meet your health, and fitness goals.
I try to practice what I preach and aim to motivate my clients to make small, realistic changes that will lead them to success.
