Nathalie Belanger is a graduate from the Physiotherapy program at the University of Toronto and also completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa.
Natalie has been working at the Sports Therapy Clinic for the past 17 years. Nathalie has taken numerous post graduate courses in a variety of areas including manual therapy, running injury prevention, and concussions. She has spent several years teaching and coordinating the physiotherapy assistant program at Career Canada College and she is currently teaches anatomy to the medical students at University of Ottawa.
Natalie also has a background in personal training and has worked with various sports teams including University of Ottawa Football team, the Algonquin College Basketball team and the Ottawa Irish Rugby team. She also has worked as a therapist at the Pan Am Games and the Special Olympics.
Outside of physiotherapy, Nathalie likes to stay active. She is a former National level swimmer and currently still competes at the Masters level. She is also a certified spinning instructor and has been teaching for over 20 years.
